7) Where should I place the 4Q website survey code? Should I just put in on the homepage?

Since the survey is designed to enlist participation on arrival, you should be tagging your major website entry points with the 4Q website survey code. For many smaller sites, simply tagging the homepage will suffice. For other sites, designated content pages or landing pages might cause many visitors to “deep link” into your website. To intercept these visitors on arrival, you will want to tag those pages, too. If you use behavioral web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture Site Catalyst, etc.), consider using these to identify your top landing pages, and then tagging those pages.
