6) How do I set up my survey?
Setting up the 4Q website survey is a quick and easy process. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Sign up for the 4Q website survey by providing all the required information, including your name, contact information, URL, site type, etc.
Step 2: Use the code provided in your confirmation email to activate your account. Then, login to the the 4Q website survey portal with your email address and password.
Step 3: Go into the “Setup” portion of the “My Account” tools to customize your questionnaire. You can change the purpose of visit tags, select the language, and upload your logo. When you have finished, submit the changes.
Step 4: From the “My Account” screen, click on “Get Survey Code.” Copy and paste this code into the home page or any other high entry pages of your website. This code will trigger the survey invitation that will be displayed to visitors.
