10) How do I test the survey once I have implemented the code?

Set your invitation rate to 100%, clear your cookies, and close all browser windows. Then, when you go to your website you should see the survey invitation. If you do not, make sure that you have correctly implemented the code (at the end of the page, immediately before the closing body tag).
