18) Can I ask additional questions on top of the four free ones?

Absolutely! The 4Q website survey now offers advanced visitor segmentation capabilities, in the form of two new questions:

• Which of the following best describes how often you visit this website?
• How did you arrive at the website today?

You can add the advanced visitor segmentation questions to your survey once you’ve started collecting data with the original four-question survey. As soon as you capture your first datapoint, the “Advanced User Segmentation” option at the bottom of the page will become accessible. Click on it, and select the questions and response choices that you want to add to your survey.
