15) How do I create multiple-language surveys?

If you’re creating your first 4Q website survey, click on “Setup” link on your main account page to get started. From there, go through the steps indicated to customize your purpose of visit options and upload your logo. Towards the bottom of the page, you’ll see a menu with language options. Select at least one, and if you require multiple surveys in different languages, you can select these by holding down the CTRL button while making your selections. You can then hit the “Submit” button and your custom 4Q code will be generated for all languages selected.

If you’d like to add a language to an existing survey, you’ll need to create a new survey modeled after the existing one. Click on the “Create New Survey” link on your main account page to get started. From there, select the same purpose of visit options you’re already using on your existing survey and upload your logo.
