13) Can I add my own custom options for the purpose of visit question?

Generally speaking, we encourage our users to select their purpose of visit options from our extensive list that we provide in the set-up stage. Should this exhaustive list be missing a purpose of visit crucial to your site experience, use the “Suggestion” tool found on the set-up page to let us know that you’d like to see your term added. The list may take a few weeks to reflect your suggestion, as we periodically download all suggestions, vet them for applicability across multiple sites and for spelling and grammar, and then have them translated into our 15 survey languages.
