11) How can I control how many visitors to my site are invited to participate in my survey?

The invitation rate can be adjusted at any time with one simple click. Just log into your account and click on “Adjust Invitation Response Rate.” Then, move the slider left to decrease the invitation rate or move it right to increase the invitation rate. Remember to keep in mind your traffic figures when making changes to the invitation rate. Too small a sample could produce results that lack statistical validity. But too high a sample rate might mean you are surveying more visitors than you really need to in order to get valid results. It is important to find a balance.
