17) Can I make changes to an already-customized survey?

Definitely. You can change your purpose of visit options by going to your main account page, selecting the survey in question from the drop-down menu at the top of the page, and clicking on the “Modify Survey” link. Here you can change your purpose of visit options for question 2. If you need to change your logo, select your survey from the drop-down menu on the top of your main account page (if you’ve created more than one survey) and click on “Change Your Logo.” To change your survey display URL, click on “Modify Account Information” and change the “Website (URL)” field.
