4Q Suite is a simple solution that allows organizations to collect online visitor feedback with the aim of improving their website.
Upon arriving on a website, visitors are asked to participate in a survey to be taken once their site visit is finished. Their completed surveys are aggregated and results made available through the 4Q Suite portal, where data can be coded, trended, compared, segmented and benchmarked.
4Q participants are asked what Avanish Kaushik called the “most important questions”:
- How satisfied were they with their visit?
- What was their purpose of visit?
- Were they able to complete their purpose of visit?
- If not, why?
Three (3) optional questions have since been added, including a “Path to Site” question, a “Visit Frequency” question and an email solicitation question.
There are 4 levels within 4Q suite. The basic level is Free, but offers limited collection and fewer features. Upgrading to one of the paid levels will, among other things, increase your collection limit and provide more advanced analysis tools and options.
When you sign up for 4Q Suite you have the opportunity to participate in a 15-day free trial at the product level of your choice (Basic, Plus or Premium). While you will have access to the full functionality of your chosen product level, you will be restricted to only 1 user and a collection limit of 100 respondents.

If your computer can access the internet using a web browser, then you can use 4Q Suite. Our solution is fully hosted and web enabled, so you can log into 4Q Suite at any time, from anywhere.
If you can copy and paste, you can run 4Q. Simply copy the provided javascript code and paste it into the source code of your website. No advanced scripting or HTML knowledge is required.

Yes, you can run 4Q on both secure (SSL, or https://) and non-secure websites. There is a radio-button toggle on the screen where you obtain the javascript – just specify the type of script you need before copying it to your website.
When first launched, the survey contained 4 questions. While the survey solution has since expanded to include up to 3 optional questions, the name stuck.
